Liz Trujillo, the fiancee of Public Enemy and “The Flavor Of Love” alum Flavor Flav, was rushed to the hospital after she began “acting strange”. It’s not clear if she was on the set of VH1‘s “Couples Therapy” when it happened.
Flav and Trujillo, who is also the mother of one Flav’s children, decided to join “Couple’s Therapy” to work on their relationship and are being featured on this season of the show.
According to TMZ , the OD was accidental and not a suicide attempt. TMZ was told that Trujillo was “acting strange” and it became apparent “she took too many pills.”
However, Flav’s camp is refuting that story and telling TMZ that,
“Liz was NOT treated for an OD. The rep says Liz was briefly treated for exhaustion at the hospital after being kept awake all night doing “Couples Therapy” stuff … and producers are hyping it up for ratings. The claim of an overdose, or any involvement of drugs, could not be further from the truth.”
Well, whatever happened, we’re just glad to hear that she is feeling better and out of the hospital. Take care of yourself people! There is only one you!
