Katherine Jackson has filed a motion asking the judge presiding over her wrongful death case to ban evidence about the conception of Jackson’s kids, Prince Michael, Paris and Blanket.

The Jackson family matriarch is suing promoters behind her son Michael’s doomed This Is It comeback tour, claiming they were negligent in ignoring life-threatening health concerns.

In legal documents obtained by TMZ, Katherine, the kids’ co-guardian, argues the jury doesn’t need to hear about her grand children’s biological parentage.

Katherine also wants the judge to bar any mention of the child molestation allegations the King of Pop fought before his death, as well as mention of his siblings’ financial problems.

A judge has not yet ruled on the motions. Katherine goes to trial on April 2 over allegations AEG Live executives negligently hired and supervised Conrad Murray, the doctor who was convicted of involuntary manslaughter for causing the superstar’s death in 2009.
