Kevin Jones, a softball coach from Pennsylvania, is accused of having a sexual relationship with his daughter’s best friend who was just 14-years-old at the time.
According to reports, Jones would call the girl “baby doll”, she called him “daddy”, and he threatened to harm any boys who liked her.
Jones, a married father-of-two, denies the accusation but after police obtained a warrant to search his home for evidence, his home was burned to the ground.
Police are still investigating the fire.
Still police believe they have enough evidence against Jones including thousands of Facebook messages, texts, emails, some explicit, and photos of the two posing together.
The sexual abuse reportedly began in June 2011.
Jones, was arrested on January 9 and charged with involuntary deviant sexual intercourse with a minor, statutory sexual assault, indecent assault, aggravated assault on a minor, unlawful contact with a minor, and corruption of minors.
