The defense for Trayvon Martin’s killer, George Zimmerman, is still attempting to build that self-defense case.

Attorneys released a re-mastered photo of the suspect bloodied the night the confrontation occurred.

The photo was previously presented before, however, this time around the image is higher quality and less grainy.

Zimmerman’s defense vows to present related documents and other evidences on his website,

He’s still fundraising and will be sending out “thank you” cards to donors.

The latest updates in the case have surfaced as another Florida shooting has caught the nation’s attention, bringing the state’s controversial “State Your Ground” law into the spotlight once again.

The shooting of 17-year-old Jordan Davis, a black teen who was shot by Michael Dunn, a white man, after an alleged confrontation over loud music has drawn comparisons to the Trayvon Martin case, despite significant differences.

The trial will begin on June 10, 2013.

  1. Reality Watch has pretty much said it all….If the shoe was on the other foot, these black men would be going to the chamber before the trial if the police would not have killed them first for resisting arrest…..

  2. RealityWatch on said:

Yeah,ok he got his ass kicked as so he should have. He was the aggressor. Driving down the street carrying a gun, gets out of his car and follows a black dude at night. Come to Harlem or any big city and see what happens to you. Worse than a doctored picture of a bloody nose. This A**hole needss to go to jail just like the other cracker that doesn’t like rap music. FL is jacked up. If it were the other way around a black man would never be able to claim self defense if we started the fight, got our ass kicked and then pulled out a gun and shot a white kid at point blank range in the chest. NEVER.
