Shaquille O'Neal's former mistress, Vanessa Lopez, is planning to cite NBA superstar Kobe Bryant, in her lawsuit against O'Neal.

Lopez wants to know what advice O'Neal gave to Bryant during the time he was being investigated for allegedly raping a woman in Colorado.

The suit was filed in Orange County, Florida for "intentional infliction of emotional distress and assault."

Lopez alleges O'Neal began harassing her after she learned she was possibly pregnant with their child.

According to Lopez, she broke off her relationship with O'Neal after he accused her of cheating, soon after she claims he began threatening her.

O'Neal attempted to have the suit dismissed but a judge denied the motion.

During Bryant's investigation he reportedly told cops that O'Neal would pay up to $1 million in hush money to different women. O'Neal denied the claim at the time and the rape charge against Brant was eventually dropped.

Lopez is deposing Bryant because she wants him to divulge more about the alleged "hush money" because she believes it will help prove that O'Neal is capable of going to extremes to keep women quiet.

Lopez does not feel safe saying, "I live every day fearing for my safety. I now have extreme anxiety because of Shaquille O'Neal's campaign to intimidate and silence me. Since the incidents began I have been plagued by anxiety and depression for which I have taken medication."

She goes on to say how she lost time with her dying mother because she was so scared to leave her home.

Lopez says overtime she has received threatening text messages and phone calls from O'Neal's family and friends.

The trial has been set for March 25, 2013. Lopez's attorneys are asking for the trial to be televised.
