From college comedy slams to the big screen, Guy Torry is determined to leave his mark in the comedy history books.

A St.Louis native, Torry has starred in many films and TV shows over the years.


Some of his most notable roles include playing "Lamont" in "American History X", the black friend of neo-nazi "Derek";"Radio" the convict imprisoned for killing his sister/lover's boyfriend;and as "Fish" in the comedy "Trippin."


But don't let the on-screen resume fool you, Torry a former veteran of Def Comedy Jam, is a touted live comedian known for his raw humor and thought-provoking performances.


The younger brother of fellow funny man Joe Torry of films such as "Poetic Justice" and "Sprung"; he is currently on a nationwide comedy tour reminding people he is still here and his next stop is at the Arlington Impov from August 20- September 2.
