A black man eating dinner with two white women was served up with a lot more than dinner.
Nicholas Melo of Brooklyn, was charged Tuesday for a hate crime after yelling racist remarks and then stabbing Akbar Salahuddin, 49, with a fork and punching him.
Melo allegedly called Salahudddin the n-word and called his two white companions "n—a loving b—–s" before physically assaulting the man.
Melo was charged with assault as a hate crime and was released on $50,000 bail.
He claims it was retaliation after one of the women threw a bottle at him.
