The New Orleans Police Department has issued a warrant for the arrest of Cuba Gooding Jr.

The "Jerry Maguire" actor is accused of pushing a female bartender at 2:00a.m. at the Old Absinthe House in New Orleans.

Witnesses reported that the actor got upset when people in the crowd recognized him and began taking pictures. When Gooding began cursing at people, the bartender asked him to leave and that’s when he shoved her against a wall.

A co-worker called 911 but no arrests were made at the scene. The female bartender said that Gooding pushed her again when she told him that the police were on their way.

Gooding is in New Orleans shooting his new film “The Butler” with Oprah Winfrey.
