Hip-Hop is still mourning the loss of Biz Markie, born Marcel Theo Hall. The iconic rapper's funeral service is set for Monday, August 2, in Long Island and the Reverend Al Sharpton will deliver the eulogy.

Hip-hop pioneer Biz Markie has unfortunately been pronounced dead after weeks of unconfirmed reports surrounding his health spanning from a long battle with diabetes. 

Fortunately, a story about Biz Markie's death is not true. Per the iconic rapper's wife, the Biz is still alive.
