LUV & MONEY TRAVEL CLUB TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Membership in LUV & Money Travel Club is free.

1. Membership in LUV & Money Travel Club will be granted by Reach Media, Inc. through enrollment on BlackAmericaWeb.com.
2. Membership in the LUV & Money Travel Club is required to enter any LUV & Money Travel Club Contest.
3. Online enrollment requires that an e-mail address be provided. Members of the LUV & Money Travel Club will be automatically enrolled in an e-mail notification program that members must opt-out of if they do not want to receive notifications.
4. Member acknowledges that information provided in the enrollment process for the LUV & Money Travel Club will be provided to Southwest Airlines, Co. by Reach Media, Inc.
5. Membership in The LUV & Money Travel Club is for individual travelers only. Spouses or other family members over the age of 21 must enroll separately to enter. Members are limited to one account. Corporations and other entities may not be enrolled as Members.
6. In addition to LUV & Money Travel Club Contests, Reach Media, Inc. and/or Southwest Airlines, Co. may from time to time offer "bonus" items for LUV & Money Travel Club Members, such as VIP status at events, promotional items or invitations to special or private events. These may be one time offers and as such are not a part of Travel Club’s program. Reach Media, Inc. reserves the right to modify, limit or eliminate such offers at any time. These offers are void where prohibited by law.
7. Reach Media, Inc. reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the LUV & Money Travel Club at any time, with 30 days' notice.
