Robin Thicke is one of the most respected contemporary singer/songwriters and vocalists in pop, soul and R&B music. He taught himself to play piano as a young man and, by the age of 16, was writing and producing songs for top R&B artists. By 21, Thicke had written and produced songs for artists like Michael Jackson, Marc Anthony, Pink, Christina Aguilera and others. One year later, he signed with Interscope Records. His 2003 critically-acclaimed debut album, A Beautiful World, was followed by a succession of Gold and Platinum albums – 2006’s The Evolution Of Robin Thicke, 2008’s Something Else, 2009’s Sex Therapy and 2011’s Love After War.
The summer of 2013 marked the debut of Robin’s highly anticipated album, Blurred Lines, which debuted at #1 on Billboard’s Top 200. The album’s lead single, “Blurred Lines,” set records around the world. It reached #1 in over 100 countries, reigned atop the Billboard Hot 100 at #1 for a record-setting 12 weeks, and broke records by climbing to #1 on 5 charts simultaneously (Top 40, Rhythm, Urban, Hot AC & Urban AC. His seventh studio album, Paula, was released on July 1, 2014 and features the hit single, “Get Her Back.”
