According to reports, former Illinois Democratic Rep. Jesse Jackson Jr. could be facing “significant jail time” as a part of a plea deal over the federal investigation into his misuse of campaign funds.
The Chicago Sun Times is reporting that a source claims Jackson Jr. is working on a deal that will send him to federal prison.
No word on how much jail time exactly is on the table.
