Ironically enough, Bieber’s insiders have been adamant that the paparazzo who was killed lied when he said Bieber was in possession of weed hours before the fatal accident. And although security personnel were present in the hotel room, no one seemed to mind Bieber’s behavior — and obviously someone didn’t mind snapping the photos.
