First Dog Bo Obama took center stage earlier this month as First Lady Michelle Obama was about to read Christmas stories at DC’s Children’s National Medical Center.
In the video below, Obama sits down with her book in hand, but before she can start reading, her family’s medium-sized black Portuguese water dog jumps unexpectedly on her lap.
“This is exactly what he does at home,” Obama said as everyone laughed. “He tries to beat Malia and Sasha to my lap.”
