Two Texas women, Angel Dobbs, 38, and niece Ashley Dobbs, 24, are suing after state troopers performed an invasive cavity search that was recorded on video.
Female trooper Kellie Helleson is seen in the footage aggressively searching the private parts of Angel Dobbs, 38, and her niece, Ashley Dobbs, 24, on the side of the road.
The two women claim the trooper used the same gloves on both of them.
The duo was initially stopped by fellow officer David Farrell for littering after he saw one of them throw a cigarette out of the car window.
However, Farrell reportedly questioned the women about marijuana even though there was not any evidence present of the drug.
Angel Dobbs was even forced to undertake a roadside sobriety test, which she passed, before the two were given warnings for littering.
The women are suing the two state troopers involved and the head of their department, citing they were subjected to an illegal and humiliating cavity search.
Helleson has been suspended with pay as an investigation continues.

I can’t stand Police!!! They are never around when you need them, & they are around humiliating people when they shouldn’t be around….get legal & go by the book don’t make **** up as you go along. They both should be FIRED!!!!!!!!!!!!
The cop was getting her jollies off on that one bad enough going from back side to front with the gloves and then using them on both after passing the test…eww!!!!
This would have been the night I went to jail. Cavity searching them because of…..? Throwing a cigarette butt out the window? In public view? With the same glove? Maybe those women were high to allow that to happen. If the police suspected weed, why not call in the dogs? Maybe Trooper Helleson had her own agenda, as stupid as it was to search them in front of her dash cam.
That had to be an illegal search. Outside in public is totally humiliating. Shouldn’t that have been done in a hospital. What qualifies an officer to conduct such a disgusting search?
What in the hell!? Surely that was against the law for them to be searched like that in the open over a cigarette butt being tossed out of the window?! I think the police know that they can do things and get away with it so any chance they get to violate us they do. But I am glad that the officer was suspended although it should have been without pay. Nasty just nasty!!
