McCree refused to answer questions asked by Charlie LeDuff, and referred all matters to the prosecutor’s office.
As previously reported by NewsOne, McCree, who ironically specializes in trying sexual misconduct cases, was busted for texting a nearly nude photo (from the waist up, shirtless) of himself to a married court bailiff on his payroll.
When confronted by Fox 2 News, McCree had a surprising reaction — he admits, quite proudly, to not only taking the picture, but to having sent it to various women.

No criminal action will be taken against Mott, but the jury is still out on McCree. The matter is being referred to the Michigan Judicial Tenure Commission.
Somebody needs to put a leash on this hound and fast. Manipulating his place of trust and power behind the bench to pick up women is about as low — and lame — as he can go.
