Patricia Spottedcrow, the mother who was sentenced to 12 years in prison for selling a $31 bag of marijuana has now been released.
Spottedcrow said about her arrest, “My original sentence was 12 years behind a blunt with no priors. That was Heartbreaking.”
Spottedcrow Will not be off of probation until she is 82-years-old. Her mother, Delita Starr, was facing the same charge but did not go to jail.
