Police said the 46-year-old threw drugs out of his car window during the chase. When authorities were able to pull him over, he was only wearing a thong. Troopers also found sex toys and Halloween masks while searching Vosolo’s car.
Vosolo faces charges of indecent exposure, assault and battery, disorderly conduct and refusing to stop for police.
