While many women spend years discovering how to have an orgasm, Kim Ramsey is trying not to.
The 44-year-old New Jersey nurse said that she is plagued by 100 orgasms a day which can be triggered by the smallest movements.
Doctors diagnosed Ramsey with Persistent Genital Arousal Disorder (PGAD). They blame the disorder on spinal cysts that developed when Ramsey fell down a flight of stairs ten years ago.
Ramsey said she knew something was wrong when she had continuous organisms after having sex with a boyfriend in 2008.
“I had constant orgasms for four days. I thought I was going mad. It also happened with a new partner and I even tried sitting on frozen peas,” she said.
Although PGAD is rare, more women are sharing about their daily challenges with the disorder. In an anonymous post on BoingBoing.net a woman shared what it’s like to have 100 to 200 orgasms a day.
