Elise Sharkley, the mother of Tone Loc's son, has filed court documents saying Tone Loc owes her child support totaling over $40,000 dollars.
Tone Loc currently pays over $3,000 dollars a month in child support which Sharkley attests he should have no problem paying because he has a steady income from performances.
He has also been in the news lately for his second collapse in a span of two months.
Tone Loc has not released a statement on the report.
