Omarosa Stallworth's resume is packed. Whether it's her fierce role on "The Celebrity Apprentice", her search for love on "the Ultimate Merger", working at the White House, or her work as an ordained minister; she is a definitely a multi-faceted woman.
Now the Central State University graduate has added saving a life to the list.
Many were shocked when news broke back in July that actor Michael Clarke Duncan suffered cardiac arrest and had to be resuscitated at the age of 54. But people were even more surprised to learn that his long-time girlfriend Omarosa was the one who saved his life.
Stallworth joined Roland Martin today on the Tom Joyner Morning Show to discuss that near fatal night, Duncan's current condition, the importance of CPR, and the Allstate Tom Joyner Family Reunion.
Omarosa recalls the night, saying it was sudden instinct to jump into action to try to help him after hearing a strange noise and realizing he had "no heartbeat, no pulse, no nothing."
She said, "20 years ago in summers in college I taught tennis classes, and they required you to take CPR classes," those classes from twenty years ago are what saved Duncan's life.
Duncan is now in good condtion, Omarosa explained he suffered, "SGA sudden cardiac arrest" which she explains can happen to a 20-year-old. But she also wants people to know, it is important to know CPR because "If you are with someone you love, you need to be able to resuscitate them."
Ending with her excitement for this year's Allstate Tom Joyner Family Reunion, saying,"Im giving the sermonette… at the family reunion, so I'm looking forward to that and being apart of the family reunion with you all."

Hey for one they are not ment to be ,Omarosa is my peer in age we also went to schoo together at Youngstown Rayen, Ok maybe I am jealous but I am sure of this , Life is alittle bit more certain when you with some one who can do the same things as you with out health concerns getting in the way , best wishes though on recovery. How about fixing my soar throat for the talent show !!!
So glad Omarosa was there for Michael. Nothing says love like CPR! Good thing she knew what to do.
I agree with Omarosa’s take on the CPR. Everyone should know what to do in the event of an emergency. But hold up…she’ll be giving a mini sermon?. Okay. She’s living with a man outside of wedlock and she’s an ordained minister? Makes me wonder what the seminaries are teaching these days
