Last night, the story broke that former "Single Ladies" star Stacey Dash was rushed to a hospital in Los Angeles for an unknown reason.
Now a representative for Dash says the starlet was hospitalized due to a bad meal she ate on Sunday evening, which had since forced her to regurgitate anything she attempted ingest.
Dash has been released from the hospital, and is currently home trying to regain her strength after a couple hours of being attached to an IV and receiving medication.
