Anika Noni Rose stars in BET’s new scripted series, The Quad, the story of Georgia A&M’s new President, Dr. Eva Fletcher. The Ivy League graduate finds herself in unwanted territory at the Historically Black College while she tries to keep her daughter in check and deal with a scandal that has followed her to the South.
“I’m really thankful. This woman is interesting because she’s learning as she goes along. She comes from a very different background. She doesn’t understand the South. So she’s learning what it means to maneuver in these circumstances. She has an ally with a woman whose on the campus.”
