In Donald Trump’s vision of AmeriKKKa, angry, Obama-hating white folks feel that their call of duty is to attack people of color as a way to show their unity with the president-elect.

Last week, a pro-Donald Trump white supremacist website called the Daily Stormer said it created 1,000 fake Twitter accounts of fictional black people so they could troll the internet and spread racist rhetoric.

These low-level thinkers, led by the website’s founder Andrew Anglin, said the move is in response to Twitter’s recent ban on accounts circulating alt-right content, the Guardian reported.

“Twitter is about to learn what happens when you mess with Republicans,” said Anglin in the blog post. He called on his readers to create more fake Twitter profiles that must be “indistinguishable” from real Twitter accounts belonging to black people.

“When you have time, create a fake black person account,” Anglin wrote. “Just go on black Twitter and see what they look like, copy that model. Start filling it with rap videos and booty-shaking or whatever else these blacks post.”

Raw Story notes that The Daily Stormer, which claims to be “America’s #1 Most-Trusted Republican News Source,” was named after “the infamous Nazi Julius Streicher’s anti-Semitic weekly newspaper, Der Stürmer, which specialized in pornographic attacks on Jews,” according to the nonprofit civil rights group Southern Poverty Law Center.

Twitter revamped its harassment policy after racist Neanderthals shamed and humiliated comedian Leslie Jones. The new policy prohibits online attacks or threats “on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, religious affiliation, age, disability, or disease.” The company also created a feature that allows users to block tweets that contain certain vile words.

Upon revealing its new “anti-harassment policy” last Tuesday, Twitter removed several of the most high-profile accounts among racist right-wing users, including Richard B. Spencer of the white nationalist think-tank National Policy Institute, and Pax Dickinson, the former chief technology officer for Business Insider, who was dismissed for offensive and racist Tweets.

The number of Twitter accounts belonging to white supremacists multiplied by more than 600 percent since 2012, according to a study from the George Washington University Program on Extremism titled “Nazis vs. ISIS on Twitter.” According to the study, that rate is higher than social media accounts used by ISIS supporters.

These fake accounts are already and have been on social media for awhile now. Not new. Who the people are behind these fake accounts, we may not know.

  3. This is fake, bullsh!t news. The use of ” AmeriKKKa”, “black Twitter” and so much innuendo should be your clue. Shame on BAW for not screening its content more carefully.
