Golden State Warriors star Stephen Curry has put his home in Walnut Creek, Calif. on the market for $3.7 million — $500,000 more than what he and wife Ayesha paid for the property last year.

The Los Angeles Times reports that the couple — who have relocated to another posh Bay area domicile, have made considerable improvements to the Mediterranean-style home during their ownership. The renovations include a large Carrara-topped island in the kitchen and a La Cornue range. Custom white cabinetry accented by gold hardware lends visual interest to the space.

The home boasts five bedrooms and five bathrooms in 7,520 square feet of living space. A grand foyer, a great room with a fireplace, and a library. A lower-level lounge holds family and billiards rooms, a wet bar and a 2,000-bottle wine cellar. Multiple terraces, a fire feature, garden beds and mature trees fill the fenced property. A separate casita with separate entrance and a garage also lies within the nearly one-acre property.

Andy Read and Ana O’Byrne of Caldecott Properties hold the listing.

28-year-old Curry is entering the final year of the four-year, $44-million contract he signed in 2012. His next deal is expected to be in the ballpark of $165 million.

His wife Ayesha is an author and cooking entrepreneur. She released the cookbook The Seasoned Life this year and stars in the Food Network show Ayesha’s Homemade.

Steph appears in an episode of the show and becomes a bit perplexed when his wife presents him and his friends with a delicious dinner of sloppy joes…with no buns.

“I love sloppy joes. I just want to know if the buns are extra crispy,” he tells his wife. “That’s how I like them.”

Unfortunately, Ayesha has something else in mind: no carbs. Instead, she’s all for sloppy joe stuffed peppers. “Your season’s about to start,” she explains. “I’m trying to make it healthy for you.”
