A former nanny for Omar Epps and his wife Keisha is now suing the couple for back wages and unpaid overtime after working for them for eight years.

According to TMZ, Alba Hernandez says her primary responsibility was to take care of their two children, but she says she also ran errands, tidied up the house and took care of their pets without ever being paid extra for overtime.

Hernandez says all of her household duties combined took more than 40 hours a week to complete, but she was never compensated for working past her scheduled hours.

She made $65,000 per year, according to TMZ, but feels she would’ve made much more on an hourly rate.

Hernandez didn’t specify how or why she stopped working for the Epps family.
