NEW YORK (AP) — The parents of Trayvon Martin, the Florida teen fatally shot in 2012 by a neighborhood watch volunteer, have a book coming out on Jan. 31.
Trayvon Martin, George Zimmerman

Spiegel & Grau announced Wednesday that it will release “Rest in Power: The Enduring Life of Trayvon Martin,” by Sybrina Fulton and Tracy Martin. The book, narrated alternately by the mother and father, will tell of Trayvon’s “life and struggles, his tragic death, and the transformative movement for justice” that he inspired, according to Spiegel & Grau, a Penguin Random House imprint. Martin’s parents also will share the “grief and confusion” they have endured and how they contended with an “indifferent system” as they struggled to make sense of what happened.Like on Facebook. • I made no comment about whether Georgie should have followed him. My comment was strictly on the picture they are trying to deceive with. Have you seen Trayvon’s social media pictures? The real Trayvon, guns, drugs, gold grill, vulgar language, MMA fighting references. Kicked out of school, breaking into lockers, punching bus driver. Sound familiar? That was the man George ran into the fateful night.
I know exactly what I’m talking about, and its the truth, but you prefer to change the topic.
Now get to steppin’ fool. Don’t need your victim mentality round’ here

  1. I see they are still pushing the narrative of an 11 y/o, skittles eating, Hollister wearing Trayvon. Not the reality of a 17y/o with a gold grill, middle finger flipping, gun waving, weed smoking, thug that he was on the night he died.
