Two-time Grammy nominated singer Maxwell is following up the hit platinum selling album blackSUMMERS’night with Part two of the three-part musical trilogy.
He talks to the Tom Joyner Morning Show about his legions of fans, the new album and why it took seven years to release new music.
On the amount of women at his show:
“We box them up and ship them out. I know it looks like it’s real, but it’s not real.”
On why it took so long for the album:
“It’s crazy, I finally got around to it. It was only seven years. I’m sorry.”
