Virgin Australia is blaming a hacked account for its recent tweet in which it called Kanye West a “douche” and told him to “eat a d*ck.”
The airline has since deleted the tweet, a response to Kanye’s tweeting that his new album “The Life of Pablo” deserved a “30 out of 10” review. Virgin Australia apologized for “any offense caused” and said the tweet was sent by someone not on its payroll. An investigation is said to be underway.
