TMZ‘s report of Nick Cannon and Stevie J getting heated at each other and almost going to blows is being refuted.
Taking to social media, Cannon and Stevie J squashed the talk as they handed out good vibes. The story apparently stems from comments Stevie J made during an appearance on season 8 of Cannon’s hit show “Wild ‘N Out,” Vibe reports. Guest starring with his fellow VH1 reality TV star Joseline Hernandez, Stevie J displayed his freestyle skills on the show’s “Wild Style” segment.
During the segment, Stevie brought up Cannon’s ex-wife Mariah Carey when he alluded to having sexual relations with the singer. Soon after that, the rumor mill was active with speculation pertaining to what Stevie J said.
The chatter ultimately caused Cannon to put address the issue on Twitter when summing up the uproar, saying “all publicity is good publicity.”
