HBO has announced a premiere date for its film, Confirmation starring Kerry Washington as Anita Hill, who famously alleged sexual harassment from her then-boss Clarence Thomas who was being confirmed for his current job on the Supreme Court.

The original movie, co-starring Wendell Pierce as Thomas will debut at 8 p.m. on Saturday, April 16, the cable network announced Tuesday.

Greg Kinnear, Jeffrey Wright, Eric Stonestreet and Jennifer Hudson also star in the film that follows Thomas’ turbulent 1991 Supreme Court nomination hearings, which tantalized the nation and forever changed the way we think about sexual harassment, victims’ rights and modern-day race relations.

Below, Washington tells us what she thought about the legacy of those hearings:

Dylan Baker, Erika Christensen, Kimberly Elise, Malcolm Gets, Grace Gummer, Bill Irwin, Zoe Lister-Jones, Peter McRobbie, Treat Williams and Alison Wright also star.

The film is written by Susannah Grant and directed by Rick Famuyiwa.
