Amiyah Scott was on “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” for a split second before she got so disgusted by production that she quit, according to TMZ.
She was billed as the first transgender ever on the ‘Housewives’ franchise, but the entertainer reportedly “bristled” at the way producers wanted her to appear on camera.
Per TMZ:
We’re told producers were prodding Amiyah to sexualize herself … wearing lingerie and acting like a vixen.
We’re told she bristled at the notes because she wanted to become a role model for other transgenders. And we’re told she was doubly insulted because they tried making her the bitch of the cast, trashing the other housewives.
After a month of filming, she walked off the set, saying she was done.
Fellow ‘RHOA’ star Kandi Burruss took to Instagram to offer her support.
It seems her departure may have worked out. Reportedly Lee Daniels has just cast her on a new TV show.
