Stevie J tells TMZ that he’s checking into drug rehab so he can avoid going to jail. The “Love and Hip Hop: Atlanta” star was in court last week for his child support case, and the judge was set to decide whether to revoke his bail for failing a drug test. Stevie caught a break, instead of locking him up, the judge ordered him to an outpatient drug treatment program. Stevie must enroll and report to a facility twice a week and comply with drug testing.
He is scheduled to return to court next month and show proof he’s been following the rules. If he fails, off to jail he goes! Stay tuned, as we suspect Stevie can’t resist the turn up for too long.
