The famed TV adjudicator is in custody after being sentenced to 5 days for contempt of court.

He put on his attorney hat in March 2014, to represent someone in a child support case, but when he showed up for a hearing and the clerk told him they had no record of the case, he went off, TMZ reports.

The five-day sentence was delayed for nearly a year-and-a-half, until today.
