OK Prince fans, if you’ve been feinin’ for something new and different from him, well he’s delivered.
Out of nowhere on Wednesday, with no advance notice … just like Beyonce … Prince surprised errr’body with a new track called “HardRockLover.” Essentially, like a reviewer for the Huffington Post wrote, “it features Prince screaming about making a woman scream, and it’s pretty damn sexy.”
We would definitely co-sign that.
“Sade and Babyface/R&B ain’t got no place,” Prince sings on the track. “Put some hard rock on/you better cover your ears, ’cause you’re ’bout to hear a woman just scream.”
If you’re keeping track, “HardRockLover” is the third song the master musician has released this year, following
“Baltimore” and “What If.”
