Roland Martin talks to Cleveland Mayor Frank Jackson about the settlement between the city and the Department of Justice and the acquittal of Officer Brelo, the cop who shot an unarmed black couple 137 times.
“As we go through this it will be demonstrated in the end. We have more civilian involvement in the policies. There is greater community participation in looking and reviewing policies,” Jackson said.
