Wendy Williams is clear on her purpose at the R&B Divas: L.A. reunion. She’s hosting Part 2 of the reunion which airs tonight on TV One at 10 p.m. which includes divas Chante Moore, Brave Williams, Michel’ le, the much married Li’l Mo and the rest of the cast.

“All the girls stay in their seat. There is no wig pulling. These girls aren’t throwing heels at each other. These are women of a certain age and they know how to use their language to affect the same thing. It’s a lot of drama. Last week, it was drama from the jump, Part 1.

This week we get more into Chante Moore and the other girls,” Williams said. “I enjoy those girls. Can’t we all get along? Yeah, sure. But they don’t and they’re very outspoken. Last week you saw Michel’le walk off the set and then they were all talking about her behind her back. And of course, I’m there to stir the pot. What I love about it is that there all very transparent in their emotions and that makes for great viewing for us at home.”

Williams also has a relatively news career doing standup or in her case, sit-down, or what really sounds like a one-woman show.  She has an upcoming performance at the Music Box at the Borgata in Atlantic City on May 9th.

“It’s more like a cable talk show. I don’t tell jokes. And I tell them sitting down because standing is not my forte. And I’m working with a beautiful set and pictures from my life. We talk about everything from Bruce to all kinds of stuff,” Williams says.  “It’s the last thing I ever thought I was doing in my life and I’m so glad to show a side of my self that is not Hot Topics. It’s me, but it’s me for an hour.”
