”Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta” star Stevie J failed 10, yes 10, drug tests and now must attend a drug program. He tested positive for cocaine and weed.
Currently, J is out on bail for failing to pay $1.1 million in child support for his 17-year-old son and 15-year-old daughter living in Pennsylvania with their mother.
He was released on $25,000 bail this past summer after the bust. But he’s off to rehabilitation due to failing 10 random drug tests between June and now, according to Page Six.
Although he’s being sent packing to the inpatient rehab center for 30 days, his lawyer, Michael Bellinger, argued he can’t work from there.
According to Bellinger, he has to work in order to repay his debts. “If he’s in inpatient he can’t support his family,” Bellinger claimed.
Nevertheless, Judge Andrew Peck didn’t care. It was either the inpatient center or being dumped off at jail for so many failed drug tests. “I would be sorely tempted to revoke bail at this stage,” Peck said.
