The singer released a video yesterday announcing his plans to release an album titled “Black Messiah” in the very near future. No actual release date was mentioned in the teaser, which just said that the album was “coming soon.” However, there are whispers that it could be arriving before the end of the month.
“Black Messiah” been in the works for quite some time, as it was reported back in 2010 that D’Angelo was finally returning to the studio.

You have to be quick! Starting at midnight, the first 1,000 people to visit redbull.com/20before15 will be able to snag the track. After that, you can only listen to it as a stream.
D’Angelo originally introduced the song in 2012 (so this will really be more of a refresher), but it is the first time a studio version of “Sugar Daddy” is available.
