Drake and Diddy reportedly got into a scrap Sunday night outside the back exit of LIV Nightclub in Miami.

There are conflicting reports as to why the fight jumped off. Some outlets are reporting that Diddy took issue with Drake smacking a woman’s a** inside the club. There were also reports that the woman was Diddy’s girlfriend Cassie.

Other witnesses say the fight started outside Liv at the Fontainebleau Hotel following an argument regarding music rights to an unknown song.

A source told Page Six: “Drake and Diddy got into it outside the club. They were arguing over the rights to a song, and got into a physical fight. Diddy claimed that Drake was using music without the proper rights.”

That source denied reports that the fight was over Diddy’s girlfriend Cassie, adding that once the fight was broken up, Drake left the scene while Diddy went inside the club.

LIV was hosting a birthday party for DJ Khaled that was also open to the public. Multiple high-profile rappers and DJs were reportedly in attendance, including Rick Ross, Just Ivy, and others.

DJ Sam Sneaker, DJ Ace, and comedic actor Lil Duval have all confirmed the altercation, with several eyewitness accounts posted online confirming the incident. According to DJ Ace, he watched “@drake get slapped by @iamdiddy outside the back of LIV with my own eyes.”

Others claim the violence was far more than a slap, with Drake reportedly being checked into the hospital after suffering a dislocated shoulder. Witnesses also claim that one of Diddy’s security guards was hit with a Ciroc bottle by someone from Drake’s OVO crew after Diddy landed the initial punch.

“Diddy put hands on that boy … And he ain’t go 0-100 … That boy left,” wrote DJ Sam Sneak on Twitter, alongside an emoji of a sleeping face.

“Drake at the hospital smh,” he also wrote. “He dislocated his shoulder. “Yall pray for Drake.”

“Drake definitely got the s–t kicked out of him,” said Bullet magazine editor Ray LeMoine, who’d been partying at LIV earlier and got a flurry of texts Sunday from friends who’d stayed behind. “I heard they were taking him to the hospital.”

Some speculated that the beef might go back to February this year when Drake dissed Diddy onstage at the NBA All-Star weekend by grabbing the mic from his hand while they were performing together.
