Looks like Birdman is having a hard time flying away from his latest legal situation. (Maybe this is why Lil Wayne all of a sudden is not feelin’ dude anymore.)

In any event, theJasmineBrand.com reports the Cash Money Records founder (born Bryan Williams) has been hit with a new lien over his 9-bedroom, 17-bath home in Miami on November 18. Court documents obtained by the site reveal the lien was filed against Williams by the Ivy Condo Association with claims he failed to pay them 15 months of maintenance fees associated with the condo.

The fees in addition to 6 months of paying fees late total $12,447.28 for the lien, which will continue to grow with interest.

To add to this, the Association claims they received a bounced check from Williams.

The new lien comes amid another lien filed against the music executive by Zankey Construction Company on November 4th, over work they claim was done on the condo, which Williams is currently remodeling.

Featuring a below ground pool, outdoor pool with cabana, movie theater, gym, spa and in- house massage room, Williams bought the home in 2012.
