Ben Vereen’s son, also named Ben Vereen, went buck wild at a New York CVS, loading up on some random items and then trying to leave without paying.
According to police, a security guard caught the actor’s son grabbing toothpaste, toothbrushes and phone chargers from the CVS Pharmacy on Amsterdam Ave. and West 87th St. at around 5:30 a.m.
Vereen wouldn’t give up without a fight and tussled with the guard before cops took him into custody, the sources said, according to the New York Post’s Page Six.
He’s been charged with robbery, cops said.
