ESPN’s Josina Anderson just spoke to Ray Rice and his wife Janay on the phone in the wake of his release from the Baltimore Ravens and indefinite suspension from the NFL.
Asked how he was doing, the running back responded, “I have to be strong for my wife, she is so strong. We are in good spirits. We have a lot of people praying for us and will continue to support each other.”
