Nick Cannon and Mariah Carey‘s pending divorce seems to have little drama attached. There have been no obvious accusations of infidelity, no reports of screaming matches or strippers coming forward saying they were the reason the couple is over with, but apparently Cannon feels some things have been said that he didn’t like.
And that some things that were reported like his supposed “trouble in paradise” quote that landed on Yahoo, he didn’t say.
So, like many a celebrity who wants to set the record straight, Cannon took to Twitter, going on an epic rant about the state of his marriage – or divorce.
Cannon wants the world to know he stands firmly by his soon to be ex-wife and that any gossip about her or them is pure speculation. Here are the screenshots of the tweeeted “statement.”
