Rev. Al Sharpton talks about the continuing need for policing around the country especially in the latest police shooting controversy in New Orleans about a man who police say was handcuffed in the back of a squad car, and yet still managed to shoot himself in the chest.
“All over this country it screams for police reform. We’ve got to do it at the same time we talk about gun control and Ferguson,” he says.
