It’s the last holiday weekend of the year so if you haven’t done your Back To School shopping, well, we feel sorry for ya! There’s still a little time if you can get past all the entertianment offerings this weekend. HBCU Football Classic season kicks off this weekend and fans in Houston and Orlando will be celebrating as their cities host two big classics.
Mos Def, now being credited as Yasiin Bey, appears in the new Elmore Leonard flick Life of Crime and Patti Labelle and Maze head out on their joint tour. And of course, the AllState Tom Joyner Family Reunion 2014 is going on over the weekend in Orlando at the Gaylord Palms Resort.
