Former Disney channel “That’s So Raven” star Orlando Brown (pictured) faces three criminal charges (two counts of disturbing the peace and one count of public intoxication) stemming from a North Hollywood July 24th arrest, after an alleged domestic dispute, according to TMZ.
The former child star was arrested, after neighbors reported to police some shouting and a possible weapon possession by the performer. TMZ obtained audio from the alleged altercation involving Brown and a woman at a North Hollywood apartment. The unidentified woman reportedly told police at the time that Brown was “going nuts” outside her apartment.
The alleged taping of Brown’s verbal tirade that was handed over to the Los Angeles City Attorney reportedly reveals an angry Brown threatening the following, “I’ll kill you, your mama, your daughter, everybody.”
Brown reportedly denied that he was the voice on the tape, but police sources reportedly disagreed.
According to Brown, the woman had been stalking and “excessively” texting him, so he paid a visit to her residence to explain to her boyfriend that there had been nothing going on between them.
The actor has not been charged with making threats, because according to the Los Angeles City Attorney, they have insufficient proof of this allegation for prosecution.
Brown, who had been previously arrested in 2011 for a DUI, faces nine months behind bars if convicted of the charges.
