Actress, dancer, and choreographer Wendy Raquel Robinson became a household name as a result of her role as Regina Greer in The Steve Harvey show which led to three NAACP Image Award nominations for Best Actress in a Comedy. She then hit TV gold again with her role as Tasha Mack on the show, “The Game.” As Tasha Mack, she is a relentless businesswoman. That’s something she carries over in her real life business; she makes it her business to be happy.

Wendy’s work ethic is just as fierce as her commitment to living a healthy lifestyle. She is an advocate of working out as a means to staying healthy, both physically and mentally as well as being happy. Here, “The Game” star, a former dancer, shares how being active is her best stress-buster. “When I’m having a really rough day, I take it out in the gym.  It releases so many endorphins in your body.”

And when it comes to Black women and the many stresses we face, Robinson advises sisters to put themselves first. “Its not about being selfish,” she says. “If you don’t, you will lose in the end. Until you can be happy, you can’t facilitate happiness for anybody else.”
