The fifth anniversary of Michael Jackson’s death is just days away.

Now, Conrad Murray, the man who was convicted of involuntary manslaughter in Jackson’s death, wants to tell his side.

Murray is releasing a video on a website he created.

That’s from a video on the website “DoctorConradMurrayTalks.com”.

In the video Conrad Murray goes into detail about almost every piece of evidence brought against him during the trial.

He starts with the biggest piece of evidence, the one that was discussed most, and the role the surgical Anesthetic Propofol played in Michael Jackson’s death.

The video then shows a full screen graphic which reads, “What you’re about to witness is a profoundly disturbing example of judicial corruption.  Injustice, prejudice, deception and unjust punishment craftily pervade many societies.  Be aware, this to can happen to you.”

The video then goes on for an hour and a half discussing Michael Jackson’s chronic insomnia, how a plan was devised to ween him from the use of Propofol and other drugs.

Murray states that the prosecution and its witnesses were in collusion against him.

I spoke with Dr. Murray last night and asked him why he was so adamant about releasing this video and telling his side of the story.

He told me exclusively that “the purpose for releasing this video to the world is to highlight the injustices, deception, tampering with evidence, and obstruction of justice in the trial that led to my unjust conviction and incarceration, and above all it is to demonstrate my innocence.”

Two and a half years after he was found guilty and five years after Jackson’s death, Dr. Murray still calls Michael Jackson one of his best friends and believes the system failed him, Dr. Murray.

He cannot get back the more than two years he spent in prison.

But he does appear to be trying to rewrite his history in the court of public opinion.

Can he change that?

We’ll see soon enough after people watch and analyze the video and after he starts a media campaign that we’ll all witness very soon.

For Whoever It May Concern: These are Michael’s very own words from part of a speech made in 2001 at Oxford University, England – please read and I hope and pray that you will gain at least SOME better idea of Michael’s truer nature and personality than you have so far been FED by the tabloid media.

Love, ladies and gentlemen, is the human family’s most precious legacy, its richest bequest, its golden inheritance. And it is a treasure that is handed down from one generation to another. Previous ages may not have had the wealth we enjoy. Their houses may have lacked electricity, and they squeezed their many kids into small homes without central heating. But those homes had no darkness, nor were they cold. They were lit bright with the glow of love and they were warmed snugly by the very heat of the human heart. Parents, undistracted by the lust for luxury and status, accorded their children primacy in their lives.

As you all know, our two countries broke from each other over what Thomas Jefferson referred to as “certain inalienable rights”. And while we Americans and British might dispute the justice of his claims, what has never been in dispute is that children have certain inali enable rights, and the gradual erosion of those rights has led to scores of children worldwide being denied the joys and security of childhood.

I would therefore like to propose tonight that we install in every home a Children’s Universal Bill of Rights, the tenets of which are:
    1. The right to be loved without having to earn it
    2. The right to be protected, without having to deserve it
    3. The right to feel valuable, even if you came into the world with nothing
    4. The right to be listened to without having to be interesting
    5. The right to be read a bedtime story, without having to compete with the evening news
    6. The right to an education without having to dodge bullets at schools
    7. The right to be thought of as adorable – (even if you have a face that only a mother could love).

Friends, the foundation of all human knowledge, the beginning of human consciousness, must be that each and every one of us is an object of love. Before you know if you have red hair or brown, before you know if you are black or white, before you know of what religion you are a part, you have to know that you are loved.

Don Lemon you disgust me! Just when I thought MEDIA BS couldn’t get any more bottom of the barrel regarding Michael Jackson you really just had to scrape it didn’t you! Glorifying a deluded sociopath and calling him “doctor” when any medical establishment worth their salt have stripped them of that title!!!

As David Walgren said at the 2011 trial “Poor Conrad Murray” – he wants the attention when it’s coming up to 25th June again, the date when Michael died because of the lack of basic patient care re Propofol from same “doctor” – totally pathetic!

  3. Conrad Murray wouldn’t tell the truth if it jumped up and kicked him in his butt. Murray lied to the paramedics who were called to Michael’s house the day he was murdered; he lied to emergency room staff when the ambulance arrived at the hospital. He lied to Michael’s staff, bodyguards, family, the police and the media. He lied to the medical board. Why is this pathological liar/convicted killer being given a platform to tell the public more lies? If Murray wanted to tell his side of what happened he had the opportunity to testify at his trial and be cross examined by the prosecutor. The truth is Murray is an unethical ex-physician who was found to be negligent. The truth came out in a court of law and the truth is that murdering Murray abandoned his patient and was on his cell phone when he was suppose be monitoring MJ. How the convict is attempting to rewrite history.

  4. “MJ’S TH MAN WT HEART OF GOLD, A MAN WT GIANT HEART. CONRAD’S A CRIMINAL. MURDERER, SON OF WITCH.HW HE STILL MOVES FREELY AFTER MURDERING TH GR8TST MAN EVER ON EARTH ?.CONRAD SHOULD B THROWN INFRONT OF LION..SO MUCH AS BEEN SAID, MADE UP AGAINST “MJ”..WHO R THESE PPL TO JUDGE “MJ” BY TH WAY? THESE PPL CAN’T EVEN CAME TO TH LEVEL OF “MJ’S POTY

  5. Go lay down already Dr. Murray!!! Nobody cares what you have to say! You are responsible for Killing Michael Jackson!!!! Point Blank Period!!!

  6. Rachel on said:

I hope conrad Murray does get to tell the truth, he did say the truth will prevail, ppl are always so quick to condemn a man..that’s it, I’m waiting to see what happens next..

    • Amber on said:

What TRUTH? If Conrad had the “truth”, COnrad would have used it to keep his self out of jail. Did you see the evidence that was against him? I could not feel sorry for him even if I tried. It was wreackless.

  7. SOME people worship MJ like he was a King, or something. He was weird/eccentric. The most prominent was his need to lighten his skin, and the European nose. And, no one forced MJ to take, or administer Propofol. If Murray didn’t provide it for him, another doctor would have. There’s always someone willing to be unethical

    • Rachel on said:

Joy he wasn’t weird he had a skin disorder, also he was bi racial, he wasn’t trying to be white, or European as you put it..how about not being so ignorant while leaving a comment? You don’t even care about him as a fellow human being so just keep your comments to yourself! I always wonder haters even bother to comment about him in the first place..I get so tired of him being slandered..

    • Amber on said:

Joy, you sound like an idoit. YOu posted something stupid about MJ on another site. This is the problems with haters like you. YOu pick tabloid nonsense to try to use and debate about MJ and others. Who cares how SOME people cared about MJ, that was NOT MJ’s fault that his great talent made many people love him. Second, Love him or not, that does NOT justify what DOCTOR CONRAD Murray did to him. Murray was the DOCTOR and was in the postion of AUTHORITY when it comes to Medicine, NOT MJ. So your comment is pure stupid and clearly bias. Get over MJ having a nose job. WHo cares. At the end of the day, that still does NOT justify what Murray did. As for MJ going to another doctor, that is so stupid. What does that mean? Does that mean we need to let Murry off because MJ would have still had another doctor? NO. And maybe if MJ would have had another doctor, MJ maybe still alive. WHo knows. And if not, that would only mean that doctor would be in jail and going through what Murray is going through instead of Murray; so it changes NOTHING.

I am disgusted that Don Lemon is giving this felon who was convicted in a court of law of the murder of his vulnerable victim. Murray violated his Hippocratic oath and committed 17 egregious errors in the care of his only patient. Murray continues to violate his victim by showing no remorse and speaking of his dead patient’s private medical matters. Michael Jackson was cleared in a court of law but the media continued to convict him with their irresponsible reporting. Now the media wants to uplift to celebrity status a man who has been found guilty of a callous crime. Please stop persecuting Michael Jackson. Don Lemon should be ashamed to stoop to the level of tabloid media. What has become of CNN? Despicable!!!!

  9. I think after MJ died Murray should have been left alone not because he didn’t screw up
but because it’s the ultimate hypocrisy when humans convict other humans for INVOLUNTARY anything!
Any of us can screw up! Any of us can act in panic. Any of us can do crazy things we later regret.
Remember Steve Irwin and the crocodile feeding? Or MJ showing Blanket to his fans on that balcony? I’ve done even crazier things in my life and I’m very

happy that they were not shown on TV screens all over the world or led to the injury or death of others.
It might have and I was lucky. Murray was not.

Also, dying from propofol intoxication is not the worst way to die at all.
No pain no nothing you just fall asleep and never wake up.
We know MJ never wanted to grow old and his life during and after that
absurd and fundamentally unjust trial became nothing but a living hell so I’m actually happy he passed away and doesn’t have to suffer anymore.
I know if I had been in his shoes being falsely accused of those type of crimes and hunted by the whole Anglo-American media 24/7 knowing that 99% of

what they say and write is a big fat lie I would have gone completely insane.

However, Murray’s sin is to blame MJ for killing himself (which was clearly proven in court by SCIENCE to be simply impossible)
and selling his little “insider” stories about MJ to the media! Most of it is fabrication, some of it is supposed to be confidential medical info and some of it is

just an attempt to mud the waters in hopes of a later books deal.

In the 60 minute interview in which he deliberately refused to answer the question whether he thought MJ was a pedophile — not realizing that he de facto

answered it earlier when he said he LOVED Michael he LOVED Michael he LOOOOVVVED Michael and he was his best friend and he was an incredible

person. Who the hell would say those things about a pedophile?

This whole “MJ is a child molester” storyline has becom a multi-million dollar industry. So many people tried to and did make money out of it
the Quindoys, the LeMarques – making up stories and trying to sell them for hundreds of thousands of dollars,
the Neverland 5 – suing MJ for millions
the Hayvenhurst 5 – selling their story for $100 000
Blanca and Jason Francia – suing MJ for millions
Victor Gutierez – writing the most disgusting book imaginable and working for NBCduring their little effort to slander MJ
Ray Chandler — releasing a book in 2004, nice timing
Evan Chandler – demanding $20 million from MJ on Aug 4 1993 then suing him again in 1995 for $60 million
Jordan Chandler, June Chandler — oh, they got their share too
Larry Feldman, Dr. Katz — just a nice couple who got a % of any settlement money their clients got
    Martin Bashir – no comment
the Arvizos – going to the same lawyer who got the money for the Chandlers having a history of false abuse claims and going after celebrities
not to mention spending MJ’s money in Feb 2003 like they owned the place!
Wade Robson, Jimmy Safechuck – both suing the Estate for millions after 20+ years of stating, including under oath, that MJ never did anything wrong
and hanging out with him years AFTER the alledged abuse happened
the two jurors who changed their minds and wanted book deals to proclaim MJ was guilty after all, how convenient
a bunch of lawyers who tried to knock each other out around MJ
not to mention the entire tabloid media and sadly the Anglo-American mainstream media too
And this relentless machinery has created so many falsehoods, disgusting stories, innuendos,

“documentaries” suggesting all kind of things without ever showing hard evidence it’s just mind-blowing and
it clearly shows how pathetic this species truly is, that many would say and do anything for money.

After Murray had been released he joined that club! And he should be punished for THAT not for overdosing MJ.
Because this is exactly the kind of conduct that killed MJ: he was slowly tortured to death by a 16-year-long relentless witch-hunt fueled by greed and obsession.

So many people who claimed they were MJ’s friends turned on him and sold their soul to the devil attempting to get rich quickly without working
    exploiting MJ’s fame.
If anyone has any doubt that MJ was in fact surrounded by vultures just look at Murray who sold “information” about his “best friend” for $60 000
and jumped on the “he might have been a molester” bandwagon in hopes of making some publisher take notice:
hey this guy has some real sh$t on MJ, it might be a best-seller!

Do you have any idea, Murray, what your “best friend” would say about you after watching that interview??

    • Amber on said:

Mol Or, I doubt MJ wanted to die. He wanted sleep. While I agree with most of your statment, Murray still is at FAULT because HE WAS THE DOCTOR. I understand about Mistakes BUT if YOUR MISTAKE takes a LIFE, YOU must pay. Look at a DRUNK DRIVER. That is a MISTAKE as well. BUT if someone DIES, they MUST PAY OF IT. END of story. And MURRAY was the DOCTOR who was IN THE POSTION of AUTHORITY. If a COP shots and kill a black man or anyone (a mistake) would you fee the same way? I ThiNK NOT because a COP is in a position of AUTHORITY and MUST be able to handle LAW according to LEGAL ETHNICS. Well, that is the same with a DOCTOR.

    • Amber on said:

ALso, MOl Or, I believe all of this is what lead to MJ’s sleep problem. I am a woman of faith and I believe all of these people are going to have to pay for what they did to MJ. COMMANDAMENT NINE says; Thy shall NOT bear false witness against thy neighbor”. MJ is in God’s home now and even more loved again and does not have to deal with this anymore; so MJ is getting the last laugh. When these haters are dead and gone, no one will remember them but they will pay for what they did to MJ and others (I see it now). Look at Chandlers father who committed suicide a few months later after MJ died. Yes, Candler was sick but still well but you can believe he committed suicide out of guilt. MJ was on his way to big comeback and if Murray would not have killed MJ, MJ would have been riding high.

  10. Tammy on said:

Conrad Murray, What do you have to prove? NOTHING. It was proven IN COURT OF LAW that you killed MJ. Here is the FACTS. YOU gave MJ the drug; YOU left MJ alone to talk to your baby moma; YOU ordered the drug; YOU as the doctor has to follow MEDICAL ethics which you did not do; even if MJ ask you for the meds to sleep, You have an obligation to say NO even if it MJ do not want you as a doctor no more. You did NOT even know the proper CPR which still could have helped MJ live; you also, did NOT have the proper equipment to use that drug if you were going to use it. YOu waited too long to call 911 even after the mistakes were made. YOU HAVE NO EXCUSE.

  11. Mr. Lemon, for a reporter who has generally taken the high road on issues of moral integrity, I am shocked and saddened that you have provided a bully pulpit to a convicted felon who has yet to show remorse for his actions or accepted responsibility for his role in the death of Michael Jackson. And to accord him the title of “Doctor” is more than insulting in that he has been stripped of his profession by every state medical board. I urge CNN and yourself to abandon further promotion of Conrad Murray or risk a further erosion of your already declining viewership.

  12. teri on said:

Don Lemon, in the spirit of brotherhood, why don’t you resign or simply leave to save TJMS the shame and ridicule you are causing? Go promote yourself somewhere else, leave us alone!

  13. Innocent? In a pig’s nose. Murray gave Jackson propofol, left him alone without proper backup staff and monitoring/resusitation equipment, later found Jackson not breathing, didn’t call 911 immediately, administered half-assed CPR (imagine a cardiologist not knowing proper CPR techniques), tried to cover his tracks, got caught red handed, was tried in court, found guilty and spent less than two years (out of a possible 4) in a mealy-mouthed jail rather than prison. Fact is, Murray will NEVER accept responsibility for his actions and will continue to protest his innocence as long as media outlets provide him a forum for his fictional tales. Thanks for nothing, Lemon.

  14. This unethical doctor hoped to control a vulnerable superstar for monetary gain. His plan backfired into one of this country’s most unjust tragedies. He had his day in court and would not speak – who is footing the bill here and filling his mouth with excuses? And why does corporate media continue to give time to trash like this? Yup – money, as always. I’m outraged that you pay attention to him.

  15. layne4 on said:

Michael Jackson was found not guilty in court and is treated like a criminal…still. Conrad Murray was found guilty in a court of law and is treated like a celebrity.

He had his opportunity in court, under oath, to testify and he refused. Shame on you and CNN for giving that felon a platform.

And that’s all I have to say to you, Mr. Lemon.

    • Amber on said:

Exactly. and the people who accused MJ were clear liars (only haters treated MJ still bad but most people saw throught that mess and celebrated MJ even before death. He sold out 50 shows and sold Triller 25th anniverary through the roof); Murray who clearly was guilty is being allowed to speak. I hope they are letting Murray speak to show how stupid he really is and think.
