Walkerville Police Department Christopher Nicholas Hiatt, 34, was charged with assault with a bodily fluid after he licked a cops eyeball while he was getting arrested.

The New York Daily News reports:

A Montana man licked a cop’s eyeball as he was being arrested, it’s claimed.

Christopher Nicholas Hiatt allegedly rimmed the officer’s peeper with his tongue as he was being bundled into a squad car Saturday night.

The 34-year-old, from Walkerville, had earlier called police to report a theft.

But when they arrived at the bar where he was drinking, they realized he was wanted on a contempt warrant.

Trying to apprehend Hiatt, he refused to be cuffed — and then licked the cop’s eyes.

Hiatt now faces a felony charge of assault on a police officer and misdemeanor charges of assault with a bodily fluid, criminal contempt and probation violation.
